Please forgive me if I say something a little silly but I'm brand new to ayurveda and trying to learn: I am predominantly vata and apparently we are not meant to eat salads or similar cold foods (my former lunch fodder for work) and neither are you meant to use a microwave to heat things in ayurveda so I was wondering if people had suggestions as to what are good things that I can take to work for lunch as I feel like I'm between a rock and a hard place and only have a microwave to heat things at work?
