Hello all,
I have been learning about Ayurveda and looks like I am a Kapha pitta type. I have been making Kitchari and trying to mainly eat that although I am definitely not succeeding. I also have a cup of coffee many mornings. I am about 50 lbs overweight and finding myself always hungry, even right after eating it. I am really struggling. I have never been a vegetarian before. I am not sure if this will ease up. Any advice would be appreciated. I eat about 12 oz of it. Maybe a drop more. I am getting a bit discouraged. I have been doing this for a week and a half now.
