    Is Bad breath a common problem for you ? Here are some tips which can help you improve this condition:-1. Drink lot of water. Dry mouth leads to accumulation of bacteria in mouth which are responsible for bad breath. Drinking water at regular period dislodges them from mouth time to time.2.Eat lot of oranges or other citric fruits. You can also drink lemon water one to two times a day. citric acid helps in increasing the saliva and dislodgment of foul breath causing bacteria.3.Scrape your tongue two to three times a day as coated tongue is the main cause of bad breath.4. You can chew on parsley leaves, cardomum, dill, anise seeds, cloves or cinnamom stick as these spices are aromatic and also help in killing the bacteria residing inside the mouth.

    To prepare cinnamon mouthwash mix cinnamon powder, lemon honey, baking soda and warm water. This homemade mouthwash will definitely provide the effective result.
