    I read and see the same problem. You are straining yourself. You just want to lose weight and choose the path of restriction. The body needs to give something in return. You should change your lifestyle, not just lose weight. Interest yourself with something else. If you smoke, replace your cigarettes with this, for example CBD Oil. Try to approach correctly and be rational.
