    You can determine body fat by using a 'fat caliper' and determining your fat to body ratio. Go to a local gym and get a trainer to assist you with the measurement. Losing weight is a variable and personal thing and depends on a number of factors. Your health, ability, eating habits, exercise habits and above all...desire to want to make a commitment are all key factors. You need to make changes to your lifestyle and forget about the word 'diet' in the traditional sense.

    Points 2 to 5 are very good, but be very careful about heating honey or using honey that has been heated. Here are two relevant quotes by Vagbhatta and Charaka:

    "Honey kills if used after heating it. Or if used by those suffering from great heat, used during the hot season, in a hot country, or with hot foods."

    "Heated honey or honey taken by an individual suffering from heat, becomes poisonous… there’s nothing as dreadful as madhu-ama (ama caused by wrong intake of honey)… because of its conflicting treatment, madhu-ama becomes a dreadful poison.” (Sutrasthan 27.243-249)

    Make sure that the honey you purchase is unheated, because heating it is a common manufacturing procedure to make it more liquid and flowing, easier to process commercially. Honey that is heated by the natural environment up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit is OK. Honey should be stored in a cool dark place.

    Nice tips for a weight loss.

    Walking is the best exercise as it burns fat and decreases your weight. Those who are overweight cannot perform exercises and for them, walking exercise is advised to maintain overall wellness and situation in every way.
