    Points 2 to 5 are very good, but be very careful about heating honey or using honey that has been heated. Here are two relevant quotes by Vagbhatta and Charaka:

    Make sure that the honey you purchase is unheated, because heating it is a common manufacturing procedure to make it more liquid and flowing, easier to process commercially.
