    What part do hormones play in acne?

    Androgens, or sex hormones, play a critical role in acne on many levels. Simply put, if there are no androgens, there is no acne. However, androgens alone are not the sole cause of acne since many other factors are also involved, such as bacterial overgrowth, skin cell differentiation, and skin cell stickiness.

        Do you eat a healthy diet? If you are living junk food or fast food, it will not help your acne. A good healthy diet, plenty of fruit and vegetables is most suitable for your skin, but also your health. Although most studies did not show the link between the food and the cause of acne, it has been found that low sugar content may be a better treatment of acne.

            There are two ways these hormones affect acne. In some people, too much hormone is circulating in the blood, therefore triggering acne. In most acne patients, however, there are normal blood levels of androgens, while there is an increased and inappropriate responsiveness of the pilosebaceous unit to a normal amount of circulating androgen. This means that even though all the blood tests come back normal, your body is overly accepting of the androgens that are circulating in the blood. The end result is acne.

                - Eat warm, soft, cooked foods.
                - Avoid raw vegetables and salads.
                - Drink beverages at room temperature or warm.
                - Avoid cold drinks and frozen desserts (such as ice cream, popsicles, frozen yogurt, etc.).
                - Reduce light, dry, crunchy food.
                - Reduce spicy, sour, fried, and fermented foods.
                - Reduce yogurt, alcohol, coffee, vinegar, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and cheese.

                  1 Eat vegetarian foods
                  2 Drink fresh juices
                  3 Eat salad
                  4 Drink water in more quantity....

                      Hormones are the real cause of acnes. Changes in hormones result in acnes. As we grow our hormones change and that is why we get acnes.
