    The thing which enhances the taste and texture of food is turmeric. Turmeric is another substance after the salt which is used in many of the food. It is one best antifungal, antibacterial, antiviral, detoxing, anti-inflammatory, Antioxidant agent. turmeric has numerous health benefits. It has its own natural flavor. Turmeric powder has a warm, bitter, black pepper-like flavor and earthy, mustard-like aroma.

Most turmeric is used in the form of rhizome powder to impart a golden yellow color. Rhizomes of haldi is used to make pickle compounds in haldi are called curcuminoids, the most important of which is curcumin.

    Curcumin is being recognized and used worldwide in many different forms for multiple potential health benefits.
