    Try tulsi tea!
Tulsi is an amazing herb in that it has the intelligence to determine what you need in the nervous system, and provide it (adaptogen). In this way, it can help stimulate the nervous system, while not overdoing it like caffeine. In addition, tulsi is a great herb for the digestive system, antimicrobial and helps to rid the body of toxins and bring out mucous from the lungs. (Nervine Stimulant; Anthelmintic; Antimicrobial; Diaphoretic; Dipana; Expectorant)
Iíve been drinking Organic Indiaís Tulsi Rose, and it is heavenly. You can find it at Vitamin City on Palo Verde/Spring if you are in Long Beach.

Maintaining a healthy diet food is an excellent fatigue-buster too. The basic rules? Steer clear of refined sugar and greasy junk food.

Caffiene also has many benefits but overuse of it is dangerous. I think overuse of anything is not favorable in any case. So I tulsi herb has that capacity, then it must be used in a good manner. Overuse of it can also be harmful, so to get the benefits be within limits.
