Black tea is very similar to green tea and both have the same benefits. It promotes blood circulation to the mind in a natural manner without being concerned the body. It's excellent for quality and attention. It can be a excellent intestinal aid.
Green tea is a natural tea in its pure form.
Green tea is more effective for the health and fitness as compare to black tea or any other kind of tea.
It controls the cholestrol level, burns fat, loses excess weight, keeps the heart and skin healthy.
Can any one tell me the difference between black tea and green tea ?
Is there one better than the other ?

Both are great for health but I found green tea better than black tea as green tea helps in burning fat, boosting metabolism and helps in losing weight. Green tea improves immunity system and reduces the risk of cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, influenza and tooth decay. Green tea prevents aging and promotes healthy and beautiful skin, hair and nails.
