    Coconut is a fruit that has water inside its outer eatable shell that is very healthy and nutritional. Coconut helps to lose body weight by increasing metabolism and through providing energy with less amount of calories. It is a good natural fiber food, but its fiber is indigestible and does not provide calories, so coconut is good from fitness point of view. Coconut improves digestive system and it reduces the risk of liver, colon and breast cancer.

    It is a excellent natural roughage food, but its roughage is indigestible and does not provide calorie consumption, so grape is excellent from physical fitness and health perspective.

              Well coconut fruit is one of my favourite fruit me and my all friends love to eat this fruit.Drinking coconut water keeps the body cool and at the proper temperature. Coconut helps, in keeping check over urinary infections. It is very effective, in treating kidney and urethral stones.
