  • daily dosha time periods

I'm so glad I found this discussion board. I havent been able to find anything on this online.

Pitta is said to be from 10-2, kapha 6-10, and vata 2-6.

My question pertains to how these time periods vary with season, lattitude, &c.

Clearly a one hour adjustment is necessary for daylight savings.

An adjustment of up to 30 minutes is necessary depending on your distance from the center of your time zone.

What adjustment is necessary for day length? Are the daylight periods longer and the night-time periods shorter in the summer, when days are longest?

Any info is most appreciated, and thank you in advance.

    Sincerely,
    Eric Lindell
