    I am 25 years old with 47.5 kg weight. I have been masturbating for last 10-12 years and smoking for last 4-5 years. I usually try not to smoke and masturbate but i fai to do so. I feel now a days i am facing lack of concentration during thinking.by profession i am software engineer where work is completely mentally. i am not getting whats happening now a days. Whenever i explain anything to my senior i usually forget what i am going to explain them .its kind of slipy thing i try to recollect all thought and things i want to do or explain. That is making mr unproductive.i am very worried whats going on in my life. In the childhood i used to masturbate 10-12 times now a days it becomes 1-2 daily.i try to finish it up all but don't know how can i...?
