    I am taking Himalaya Gokshura for body building. As you know it is an extract. Check this page

    The problem is I want to know if this is safe as the real herb. Like the individual constituent in the herb in their exact percentage matched in the extract or is it one constituent concentrated unlike the original herb. As I read in articles, extracts which contain one particular constituent concentrated(against mother natures formula) is unsafe. How do I confirm this?
