  • Herbs and IBS

Hi, all. I'm new to Ayurveda so please bear with me. I believe for me to feel good and be healthy that diet plays a large roll. The problem is that I have severe Irritable Bowel Syndrome with numerous food intolerances. My diet is limited and I have low vitamin B12. I want to detox. I want to do herbs. I want to eat healthy, but my food intolerances make it all but impossible. I'm frustrated and need advice. If anyone can relate or can maybe tell me if there's hope, I'd love to hear your suggestions. Thank you in advance. Oh, I'm 46 years old and have had these issues all my life. I also have dysautonomia that causes my autonomic nervous system to be out of balance.

case if he is offline, leave a message so that he will call
you back. It is for a nominal charge. If he takes up your case,
then rest assured that you will be cured.

It is so true that diet plays a huge role in the treatment of chronic digestive challenges but it would be most helpful for you to have an ayurvedic assessment from a trained practitioner.

Here is something else to consider... While western medicine is focused primarily on the treatment of specific conditions, ayurveda is concerned with the balance and lifestyle of the individual as a whole. It is like making sure that your whole house is in order. If you are taking care of yourself in terms of diet, but continue to have episodes of the IBS and dysautonomia then it may be time to check into other areas of your physical, mental, or spiritual experience of life. You also might find it helpful to consult with a vedic astrologer to see if your birth chart might shed some light on the deeper, karmic contracts that are at play whenever there are long term chronic challenges in life. Blessings to you...

              OM Shanti
