Study Ayurveda in India

Hello, I want go to study ayurveda to India, if is possible at South. I want 1 month or more of course and some place no so much turistic, because i think that the prices are some expensive if you compare price and quality, is so much luxury hotels.
I prefer to learn good but paying something reasonable. Anyone can help me and said me good schools of ayurveda. Thanks,
