    drink water to loose weight

    Hi, how about drink water to loose weight? I read in a ayurveda book that is not well drink water and if one want to do, it must be hot water.All diets say that who want loose weight should drink a lot of water. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. Thanks
