Hi there! I'm a 25 years old Italian girl.
I was wondering if any of you knows about possible interactions between Shatavari and birth control pills, I couldn't find anything on the Internet and it seems like there are no Western scientific studies about it 🙄 I had to start an oestrogen cure this summer because of PCOS, before I started taking the pill I was regularly taking Shatavari and Ashwangandha every day. Knowing that Shatavari is a phytoestrogen and Ashwangandha is a rejuvevenative I was worried that they could interfere with it, so I stopped taking them but I'm missing them because they helped me control my anxiety and did wonderfully with my libido.
If anybody can help I would be very thankful!
