Hi everybody,

I am clearly a vata in behaviour and body type. 30 yrs old, male. I did a lot of different sports, even intense weight lifting (10 yrs ago) the last few yrs i didnt do much sports and now my musccles are weak. I know i would benefit from yoga and tai chi exercises but i also want to gain strength and stay strong untill i am 100 yrs old. What would a vata training schedule for strength look like? Can i go gor heavy weight lifting? How do i go about?
